Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales and client partners teams to identify client needs and design customized solutions that align with Distillery’s offerings.
  • Participate in client meetings to provide expert guidance on technology solutions and best practices.
  • Qualify opportunities by assessing technical feasibility, budget, and client expectations.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive technical presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, helping them navigate technical decisions and define solution architectures.


Solution Design & Technical Leadership

  • Architect scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions tailored to client needs, leveraging modern technologies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Delivery, Engineering, and Product, to validate proposed solutions and ensure feasibility and execution along the term of each engagement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Support the transition from sales to delivery, ensuring seamless implementation of proposed solutions.


Cross-Functional Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

  • Act as a bridge between sales, delivery, and engineering teams to refine solution offerings and improve delivery frameworks.
  • Contribute to thought leadership by developing case studies, and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to sales and delivery teams, enhancing their ability to scope and sell solutions effectively


Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, with significant exposure to Professional Services and Consulting.
  • Strong background in software development, data and cloud architectures, and agile methodologies.
  • Data engineering/science exposure is a plus.
  • Experience designing and implementing complex technical solutions for clients in diverse industries.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support sales, client engagements, and industry events.
