About the Position

We are looking for a talented Senior Node.js Backend Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, reusable, and maintainable backend software components. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to evolve system architecture, ensure stability and resilience, and drive best practices.



Responsibilities

  • Design and implement reusable and maintainable software components.
  • Evolve system architecture, proposing improvements to ensure stability and resilience.
  • Provide scalable solutions that support future feature incorporation.
  • Maintain best coding practices through comprehensive code reviews.
  • Collaborate with teams, coordinating tasks to achieve project goals.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship, sharing knowledge and ideas to support team growth.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with SCRUM and KANBAN frameworks.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visual Studio Code, terminal/command line, Postman, VirtualBox, Git, and GitLab.
  • Strong expertise in Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript (5+ years).
  • Extensive experience in software testing (5+ years).
  • Deep knowledge of various database systems (5+ years).
  • Experience working with AWS services (3+ years).
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation, SAM, or Serverless Framework (3+ years).
